I have given up trying to work this out with this person. And if I am honest I know I am stubborn, but my offer is so much lest than what these assets are worth.

“Hi Mum, your offer is not accepted to. Your attitude towards this effects no interest is resolving this issue . Despite my many request and explanations on how using my health against me is illegal and insulting you continue to do it. It does not show the care you claim to have. I am not going to continue with the rest of your email as you either do not know what you are talking about, are misinformed or making up stories. I have no other option but to handle this in a business fashion, by the books so neither of us can complain. We have 2 options, we either agree on a price or sell the asset. Here is where we are at.
1. It is agreed we both own the extraction plant. Your offer is not excepted as it does not reflect the value of the asset. Due to how far apart we are I don’t see any other option but to sell it.
2. I paid for my hot room and have the receipt, it is owned by me. As you have made no offer I will sell it.
3. It is agreed we both own the forklift. I have no need for a forklift. I will arrange repairs and sell it as I outline it my last reply.
4. It is agreed we both own the Gernie. I will buy the gernie for $800 providing it is still in good working order upon inspection.
5. Vat. Dad has never purchased a vat and receipts will show that, we went hafts in the old extraction plant and I provide the vats. Receipts will show that they were sold with the old plant. The vat in question is mine and as you have made no offer I will sell it.
6. It is agreed we both own Box Lifter. I want $1000 for my share. You have made no offer we will have to sell it.
7. It is agreed we both own the Box return roller. I want $800 for my share. You have made no offer we will have to sell it.
8. It is agreed that I own Pallet Racking. You have made no offer so I will sell it.
9 It is agreed that I own IBC’s. You have made no offer so I will sell it.
10. It is agreed I own Wax Moulds. I except your offer of $75.
11. Its is agreed that it is own Pallet Jack. You have made no offer so I will sell it.
12. It is agreed I own the 500lt honey vat. You have made no offer so I will sell it.
13. It is agreed that access will be granted with written permission so all other property of Elson Apiaries not listed can be removed from the property.
14. It is agreed that you are $7200 in credit.
This is the situation as it stands, If you can agreed on number 2. and number 5. we can be done tonight. We are not going to agree and I think it is best if we agree to sell these assets as listed. Dad does not need 2 hot rooms, or a big extraction plant for his operation. I still believe they will fetch more than I have asked and Dad can get a brand new plant the size he needs. This is the best outcome I think we are going to get.“
