Remember that I am aware that dad is a Narcissist and that he has just claimed he owns my assets. I have finally told him what I think of him, I can’t stop telling him the things he has done totally wrong to me. I point out the things I have paid for. I still only ask for a portion of what they are worth.
These assets were purchased in my company, they are in my MYOB file and have been reconciled with my bank statement.

Forklift, paid $5000. I believe it is still worth $5000. When it is serviced and back in the condition it was left to you 5 years ago it will be worth more. I don’t think this is unreasonable to ask as he has had the use of it for 5 years. Price $5000/2 Total $2500
Gurnie, paid $4000. Still think it is worth $4000. I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect dad to pay for the service that was done as he has used it for 5 years. $4000/2 Total $2000
Extraction line, value $60,000.As establish after insurance payout we both own this outright, haft each. Replacement cost is now $120,000 plus shipping cost which has increased about 5 times what we paid for shipping. Price $50,000/2 Total $25000.
Hot Room, cost $8000. Price $4000
Box lifter, value $1000. This was not covered by insurance. As I have paid for haft this twice and provided extensive labour to build it twice due to Dads fire I don’t believe it is unreasonable I get full payment for this. Price $1000

Pallet Jack white, paid $480. Owned by me. Price $200
Pallet racking, paid $1300 plus Dans labour to install. Price $1000
IBC’s x 3, paid $230 each. Dad has agreed to buy these. No charge for the one that was burnt in Dads fire. Price $150 each. Total $450
Wax moulds x15. I own well over 20 and will only charge for 15 @ $5 each. Total $75
500lt honey vat. I think this would be very handy for your bottling machine. Price $100
9000lt milk vat. Value $1000. Price $500
As for your fire Dad, I didn’t say it at the time because I didn’t think I needed to and out of respect for you. But twice I rang you with the hose in my hand saying I was putting it out and twice you told me not to, the last time was as I was leaving you told me you were coming down now and not to put it out. You are 100% reasonable for that fire and I am not happy with the way it was handled. After agreeing to fix extractor and spit what was left of the payout money when it came time to pay me you responded with “we will see”. This was money I was entitled to and I should not have been put in that position by my farther. Despite getting extra insurance money you never once offer to pay me for some of the thousands of dollars I lost in your fire. I thought that would had been the right thing to do. I never asked out of respect for you, and I still don’t expect anything. In the end I think the insurance payout for the extractor was finalised in the correct fashion. I just feel like the respect I have for you far out ways any respect you have for me and your attitude todays was a shining example of that.
Payment
I am happy for you to pay what equipment you want off. As this money is to go on my home loan I will be incurring interest charges on any money you owe and I will have to pass that on. As long as you are willing to pay the exact same rate I am charged under the same terms I don’t mind.
I am happy to wait till you are finished with the extracting line then sell it and go hafts. I think it will only increase in value. You will be responsible for keeping insurance up to date, proper maintenance, repairs and any damage that may occur to it. I think this is reasonable considering the value of this equipment.
Or as this money will go on my home loan and help reduce my interest charges I am willing to make a buy now offer on the extraction line. I will include the extraction line, hot room, box lifter and box return roller all for $25,000 plus gst. Happy to take the $20,000 you have advanced me and add the rest to whatever you want to pay off.
