This email is full of lies and Gaslighting, my email reply points these out. Look past the smooth talk and manipulation of a Sociopath and see what she is actually saying in each paragraph. They have the sole use of a disabled persons equipment, she now believes I should be responsible for paying for servicing of that equipment. She did not agree to pay for the repairs on the forklift they have been solely using for many years. She expects me to cover the cost of repairs on the forklift and still give her haft of the sale value. She says I have been paid out for the Gernie pressure washer but it was never burnt and was never part of any settlement. They agree I have paid $8000 for the Hot room but that I should just give it to them. I should get nothing for a box lifter and box return roller that I own half of. I need written permission to enter the property now. Claim they own my milk vat. Claims I have over charged them $3500. Claims she has done me a favor by paying their overdue bill to ease my anxiety. All while saying they have always been there for me and will continue to do so. The things a Sociopath say do not line up with the charm a Sociopath uses to say them. Actions speak louder than words and though her words are nice her actions are not. But it was the threat at the end that I took very seriously, what does my family have to do with this?

“Eddie hope all is well with you, as promised I am touching base to clarify the issues you have with us owing you money, I will answer all points you made in your email dated 13/10/2021. Please be assured this has been written with out Malice and Ill will only with the hope we can resolve with explanation and receipts.
- Fork lift, you were not requested to pay for repairs that have occurred over the past few years, due to your health issues, you were not able to do the repairs as agreed. We are not disputing that cost, We will offer you $1000.00 to buy out your share, I think you will agree that the $5000.00 you believe it is worth is highly inflated, but if that is what you can sell it for go ahead ,please request in writing permission to remove the forklift from our property once the $2,500 has been deposited into account 000360145, BSB484-799, you can sell this at your earliest convenience as we have been offered temporary use of a fork lift.
- Gurnie, as evidence by your invoicing on two occasions, you paid $1,600 for it check invoice number 29, dated 2/6/2015, and again you claimed the Gurnie in the agreed settlement payout on 25/10.2016. All repairs have been paid by your Mum and Dad up to this date.
- Extraction line, original plant was paid out in the agreed settlement, the burnt out extraction line was purchased for $7,000 and All Safe Electrical charged $3,700 to repair. As you were aware and with your agreement, we took the risk of not buying a new extracting plant and try fixing the burnt out one, with that option WFI stated they would not provide any insurance on a burnt out machine that they fully paid out on, they further stated we were obliged to notify any future buyer that the machine was burnt in a fire ( Health and Safety requirements) due to your ill health we have maintained and paid for all repairs over the past few years.
- Hot room, this was constructed at your expense ,Mum and Dad paid $125.000.00 to have this shed constructed with Mum and Dads own extracting room and hot room, you chose to build a hot room to store your honey in, please keep in mind no rent was paid to use our extracting room, hot room, shed or our yard for your equipment and 4 containers, it would have exceeded the cost of a hot room, Eddie this is what parents do to support their children, and children in return show their gratitude, we would never believed at the time, that sometime in the future we would have had to justify the support we gave you.
- Box lifter, paid in fire claim, paid in agreed settlement
- Box Return Roller, you issued receipts to WFI and this was paid on the fire claim. In our agreed settlement you claimed again.
- Pallet Jack, can’t find the receipt, reluctantly, that’s yours, collect with prior written permission.
- Pallet racking built for you to keep your equipment undercover ( no rent charged), in the agreed settlement record shows you charged us for the labour.
- IBC technically they are Dads as you were aware when he delivered honey to Capilano they have frequently mixed Elsons Apiaries with him and hence writes Elson Apiaries on his, you can claim ownership of them, no charge for picking up from Capilano, that’s what parents do, please remove with written permission to do so.
- Wax moulds can’t find our receipt for some of them, will pay you the $75.00.
- 500ltr Honey Vat, you can have that.
- 9000lt milk vat, you will recall you and your Dad shared in 2 , you removed your one when ill health forced you out of business and you removed your beekeeping equipment from Mum and Dads property.
13 Pallets, Please check your invoice, we were charged $3,500 for them.
14 Avanti, a verbal agreement was made with Dad, that due to the health difficulties he was experiencing at the time that he was to deposit $40,000.00 in your bank, which he did immediately and the rest was to be paid with in a 12mt time frame as you didn’t want it showing in the current financial year in your tax, we had to go into debt, due to the fact we did not an income for a year due to Dads health difficulties we paid the remaining $10,000.00 with in 6mts, and at this same time lent you a further $10,000.00 because you had serious financial difficulties, and we wanted to help ease the anxiousness this was causing you,
